After the tightness and discipline of working on vellum, Debby enjoys getting back to painting on paper. The style and subject matter remain instantly recognisable although on slightly larger scale. The Raven, for example, is 6" x 4" and the Princess and the Pea 3.5" x 7.5" but that's about as big as they get!

There is no room for error when working with watercolour on paper - one slip and the whole piece is ruined. Thankfully that is a very rare occurence.
